1. Expected Behaviour

Every participant, mentor, jury member, volunteer, organiser and guest is expected to participate respectfully and professionally, and to treat others with dignity regardless of background, identity or experience level.

2. Prohibited Behaviour

  • Harassment, discrimination, intimidation or abusive behaviour of any kind.
  • Unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data or other teams' work.
  • Sabotage, theft, plagiarism or deliberate disruption of the event or other participants.
  • Violations of venue policies published by Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology.
  • Disrespect towards mentors, jury members, volunteers or staff.

3. Reporting and Investigation

Concerns may be reported to any organiser or volunteer on event day, or through the Contact page at any time. Reports are handled discreetly, investigated promptly and documented. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is itself a violation of this Code.

4. Corrective Action

Depending on severity, corrective action may include a warning, removal from the venue, disqualification of a team, exclusion from future events or referral to venue security or authorities. Emergency situations are escalated immediately to on-site coordinators.
