The Foundry Answer
Structure is the intervention.
Foundry attacks each failure directly. The three-lock journey is a forcing function: definition must precede design, design must precede proof, each with a real deadline. AI evaluation reports are the feedback loop: criterion-level strengths, weaknesses and recommendations at every lock, not a silent score at the end. Lock 1’s rubric makes problem evidence worth more than technology enthusiasm. And Lock 3 demands what most competitions never do — a working prototype, a public repository, a demo of real functionality and honest limitations.
