Lock 2 — Design opens
Blueprint your complete solution. Improvement from Lock 1 feedback is explicitly scored.
After Lock 2 acceptance
Lock 3 — Prove opens
Build and submit the working prototype: live link, repository, demo video and contribution declarations.

Weighted scoring across all locks plus human review determined the finalists. Selected teams received event-day instructions by email.
