Register your team of 1–3, choose your edition and pay securely to begin. Your build journey starts immediately after confirmation.

After payment

Lock 1 — Define opens

Your first submission window opens with a rolling deadline. Evaluation reports return with criterion-level feedback and one revision opportunity.

After Lock 1 acceptance

Lock 2 — Design opens

Blueprint your complete solution. Improvement from Lock 1 feedback is explicitly scored.

After Lock 2 acceptance

Lock 3 — Prove opens

Build and submit the working prototype: live link, repository, demo video and contribution declarations.

Weighted scoring across all locks plus human review determines each edition’s finalists. Selected teams receive event-day instructions by email.

Both physical finals are officially confirmed — Chennai on 28 August 2026 at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology and Coimbatore on 25 September 2026 at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. Any change would be announced here and by email.
