1. What May Be Recorded

StudAI Foundry Season 2 is a public-facing event. Photography, video, audio recording and livestreaming may take place throughout the event, including project demonstrations, presentations and general venue coverage.

2. How Recordings May Be Used

Recordings and photographs may be published on this website and its galleries, on official social-media channels, in press and partner communications and in event documentation. Participant names and institution references may accompany published project material.

3. Your Choices

• Media consent is collected explicitly during registration. Optional consents are never pre-selected.
• Where an accommodation or opt-out is available, it can be requested through the Contact page before the event.
• For participants below 18, guardian consent is required where applicable.

4. Limitations

Once material has been lawfully published, the organisers cannot guarantee that previously published public materials can be fully removed from third-party channels. Requests for removal from official channels are honoured where reasonably practicable.
