Event: StudAI Foundry Season 2 · Hosted by: StudAI One · In Partnership with: Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology, Chennai · Website: foundry.studai.one

1. Collection and Processing

All payments for StudAI Foundry Season 2 are collected by StudAI One and processed through Razorpay. All prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Fees

  • Team registration: ₹500 per team.
  • The exact amount due for any payment is always displayed at checkout before you pay, and every verified payment receives an electronic receipt.

The registration fee covers access to the event platform and participation workflow. It does not include food, travel or accommodation.

3. Checkout and Confirmation

Payment must be completed through the approved Razorpay checkout on this platform. Registration is confirmed only after server-side payment verification; a gateway success screen alone is not confirmation. Do not refresh or close the window while a payment is processing. An electronic payment receipt is issued for every verified payment.

4. Card and Banking Data

Card details are never stored by the Foundry platform. Razorpay and its banking partners collect and process payment information under their own terms and certifications.

5. Failed, Pending and Duplicate Payments

Failed and pending payments remain subject to reconciliation with Razorpay. Verified duplicate payments are reviewed and refunded to the original payment method where approved. Payment disputes should include the team ID, payment ID, date, amount and registered email address, and be sent through the Contact page.

6. Other Terms

Cash payment is not accepted unless separately authorised and published by the organisers. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Contact

Questions about this policy may be sent through the Contact page on this website. Formal legal-entity details, the registered address, the grievance officer and the governing courts are published by the organisers through the platform settings once configured, and this policy is updated accordingly.
