Your Role
What Does a Campus Ambassador Do?
Campus Ambassadors do
- Promote official Foundry communication and share the official registration link
- Use their unique referral QR code
- Contact departments, student clubs and faculty members
- Conduct short campus orientations and create an official interest group
- Help students form teams and explain the three-lock journey
- Follow up with registration-incomplete teams
- Share deadlines and official updates, encourage interdisciplinary participation
- Maintain ethical, accurate communication and represent StudAI Foundry professionally
Campus Ambassadors must not
- Collect registration payments personally or create unofficial fees
- Promise guaranteed placement, funding or prizes to specific teams
- Change the official logo or publish unapproved event details
- Misrepresent StudAI One or claim an official UN partnership
- Spam students or upload another organisation's database

Earn Through Verified Impact
Incentives are calculated automatically — 10% of eligible net team registration revenue attributed to you, capped at ₹50 per valid paid team, credited after a 7-day refund window and reversed automatically if a refund occurs.
